 Meisner Brem Corporation is a multi–disciplined highly diversified
planning, civil engineering, and land surveying firm in two distinct offices in Westford, MA and Salem,
NH. The firm's clients include builders, architects,
municipalities, retailers, industrial corporations, other
engineering firms, individual landowners, and others. These
clients receive a wide range of services from basic land
surveying of an existing small parcel to complex
environmental permitting to large residential roadway and
lot designs.
The majority of the firm’s
projects include residential subdivision design and private
commercial development projects involving such services as
feasibility planning, subdivision, road and lot layout,
roadway design, site design, grading, storm drainage design,
sewer or septic (SSDS) designs, wetland delineation
(sub-consultant) and location, wetland permitting,
environmental studies, and construction management. Recently
the firm has been involved in several golf courses including
routing, detailed design, clubhouse additions, and
environmental permitting.
 Meisner Brem Corporation utilizes the latest technology
available and produces most final drawings in digital format
(computer). Meisner Brem takes pride in leading the local
industry by consistently utilizing the latest computer
technology to the maximum extent possible. In this way, the
firm has consistently produced efficient and effective
designs thereby reducing the bottom line engineering costs.
Meisner Brem Corporation was founded in 1993 as the merger of two
successful engineering and surveying firms, VTN Northeast,
Inc. and Meisner Land Survey. In 1997, Meisner Brem
Corporation purchased Joseph R. Henry Associates, Inc. of
Harvard, MA.
