Meisner Brem Corporation is a multi–disciplined highly diversified planning, civil engineering, and land surveying firm in two distinct offices in Westford, MA and Salem, NH. The firm's clients include builders, architects, municipalities, retailers, industrial corporations, other engineering firms, individual landowners, and others. These clients receive a wide range of services from basic land surveying of an existing small parcel to complex environmental permitting to large residential roadway and lot designs.

The majority of the firm's projects include residential and private subdivision design and commercial development projects involving such services as feasibility planning, subdivision, road and lot layout, roadway design, site design, grading, storm drainage design, sewer or septic (SSDS) designs, wetland delineation (sub-consultant) and location, wetland permitting, environmental studies, and construction management. Recently the firm has been involved in several golf courses including routing, detailed design, clubhouse additions, and environmental permitting.

Our History

Founded in 1993 as the merger of VTN Northeast, Inc. and Meisner Land Survey. In 1997, Meisner Brem Corporation purchased Joseph R. Henry Associates, Inc. of Harvard, MA.
